The New England Home Interiors showroom and interior design service are now open for customers. Due to Covid-19 and Government guidelines, we have implemented measures and working practices to maintain social distancing and public safety, while providing as normal service as possible.  Information about these measures is detailed below but If you have questions about our Covid-19 safety measures or services at the current time please contact us

Visiting the New England Home Interiors showroom

The New England Home Interiors showroom will re-open for customers Tuesday 2nd June. Visits to our showroom are welcomed but numbers in-store will be controlled for the safety and comfort of our customers and staff.  Customers who wish to view the showroom, or have an interior design consultation, in private can do so by prior arrangement, please contact us to make an appointment.

Our new showroom opening times:

  • Tuesday to Saturday – 10am to 5pm
  • Sunday & Monday – CLOSED

The showroom has been deep cleaned and completely redecorated prior to re-opening. Displays and fixtures have been rearranged to facilitate social distancing and we have increased the frequency and intensity of daily cleaning.  Hand sanitiser, gloves and facemasks are provided for customers and staff will practice social distancing wherever possible.

Purchasing from New England Home Interiors

Customers can purchase furniture and home furnishings in-store or by telephone for collection or local home delivery.

Customer collections and deliveries

Our customer collection and local delivery service is operating normally.  Customers can either collect orders at a prearranged time from our showroom in Horsham or they can take advantage of our local home delivery service.  Distance deliveries can be made to customers, but we understand this may not be desirable for larger items of furniture and in these circumstances, we are working with customers to make suitable arrangements.  Our delivery staff have been issues with PPE and will maintain social distancing wherever possible and will wear masks and gloves where it is not.
