We take a personalised, one-to-one approach to the whole interior design process. Our design expert Jennie Sayer and her team will guide you through each stage of the design journey to ensure that every small detail is taken care of. Listening carefully to your preferences, we take the time to understand exactly what you require from your room so you can avoid costly mistakes.
Initially we will meet you to discuss your room or project in depth – what colours you prefer, any unique requirements you might have for furniture – followed by a home visit. We will then present you with a comprehensive design which can be refined to your heart’s content.
Over many years of managing interior design projects, we have developed a tried-and-trusted 10-step process. This is to ensure the most efficient and timely delivery of your project whilst allowing for the maximum flexibility and choice for the client. The process is as follows:
Our Design Process
Stage 1. APPOINTMENT
Book an appointment to visit us in our Horsham showroom. Jennie will meet you to discuss your general requirements.
Stage 2. HOME VISIT
Next, we will visit you at your home with fabric and furnishings samples. We will take full measurements for your furnishings and window treatments, checking colours that react well with your light.
Stage 3. OUR FEE
Our Home Visit includes a standard fee of £270.00 inc. VAT. For certain large and complex projects, the fee may be higher.
Stage 4. THE DESIGN
We will bring together your design scheme – including furniture, lighting, fabrics, window treatments, wallpapers, paint colours and accessories – to create the initial design.
Stage 5. THE PRESENTATION
We will then invite you to our showroom to present and discuss your design, including any mood boards, room plans and samples, as well as a detailed quotation.
Stage 6. SECOND HOME VISIT
We will gladly visit you again with your mood boards and samples to ensure that you are happy with the final design. This second home visit is free and complementary.
Stage 7. ORDER
Upon your instruction we will provide detailed invoices together with lead times, bringing your delivery and placement together in a timely fashion.
Stage 8. DELIVERY & PLACEMENT
We will keep you updated with the progress of your orders and arrange delivery dates and times to suit your schedule.
Stage 9. COMPLETION
Our team will deliver and place your orders and all packing will be removed.
