Terms & Conditions

General

Nothing in these terms and conditions will be deemed to affect your statutory rights.

Orders

We are pleased to accept orders by any of the following methods by telephone and in person, all credit / debit card transactions are subject to validation checks and are authorised by the card user. We accept Master Card, Visa, Delta, Switch, Maestro and Solo. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay and / or non-delivery of your order. No orders will be accepted or processed without a valid card payment in the name of the registered card holder.

Orders are subject to a minimum of 65% deposit paid upon order. All bespoke furniture & special orders are subject to full payment upon order.

Furniture Delivery

Please note the expected delivery date quoted at the time of your order is based on the current information available. Whilst we always make every effort to honour this date, it is an estimate only. We cannot accept claims for compensation resulting from overdue orders outside our control.

Furniture is subject to delivery charges, cost depending on distance and articles.

Once your goods are available, we will contact you to arrange a mutually convenient delivery date. No delivery date can be confirmed before any balance due has been paid.

Cancellation Right

All bespoke items cannot be cancelled and are non-refundable.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

New England Home Interiors Ltd generally do not offer refunds. This does not affect your statutory rights. We will however offer to exchange the item or offer a credit note subject to the item being in its original packaging and/or in a re-saleable condition and within 14 days of purchase. Installation or use of any product is an acceptance of correctness. Seasonal and sale goods are not eligible for refunds, returns or exchanges.

Ownership of Goods

All items supplied to the customer remain the property of New England Home Interiors Ltd until final payment of all sums owing in respect of those goods has been received in full by us.

Comments and Complaints

If you wish to comment or complain about any aspect of your dealings with us please write to New England Home Interiors Ltd, 60-62 East Street, Horsham, West Sussex, RH12 1HN or via email to info@newenglandhome.co.uk we will reply within seven working days.

Privacy Policy

We will collect and store any personal data that you may volunteer whilst using our services, e.g. placing an order, joining our e-mail newsletter or entering a prize draw or competition.

The type of information that we will collect will include- Your title and name, known address, contact telephone numbers, e-mail address, order and payment details. Details may be forwarded securely to other parties in order to fulfil this order only. These will include delivery logistics.
